Biography
Nik has a credible portfolio of consulting, delivery and design assignments for a range of blue-chip clients, including several “UK Firsts”, and has been published on a number of technology topics. He is passionate about customer experience and customer service and enhancing business (and life) with technology and "better ways of doing things".
Nik’s Technology career spans 19 years and is characterised by his creative abilities. He always has a new idea on the go and has an obvious early-adopter enthusiasm. His natural creativity is used to guide and inspire clients at Board and senior level. A natural innovator, he challenges the status quo to transform unsatisfactory user/customer interactions, inefficient business processes and ultimately, the bottom line. Passion and inspiration are Nik’s signature.
Nik always has an eye on the technology future, whether it’s Social Media, user interfaces, “next-generation” architectures, Telco 2.0 concepts, Networked Applications, or all things technologically ‘disruptive’.
Nik is also a skilled creator and producer of audio and visual content; a home recording studio, a published music album and popular revenue-earning websites demonstrate his desire to create content and stand out from the crowd. Nik has also served as a Governor for Cambridgeshire’s £125 million NHS Mental Health Trust.

I have 19 years in IT under my career belt, with broad and deep technical exposure; but alongside this I have an established ecommerce presence, and also successfully sell my own music and media, increasingly through social media channels.
