VOXEO and Promero Sign Channel Partnership Agreement

Promero announced it is adding Voxeo’s standards-based Prophecy voice platform to their portfolio of exclusive contact center solutions. Voxeo’s platform permits Promero to offer hosted and premise-based Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications to improve customer service and reduce costs.
