LumenVox Speech Engine Now Rated "Avaya Compliant"

LumenVox today announced that its Speech Engine is compliant with Interactive Response (IR) and Voice Portal solutions from Avaya.

The Speech Engine is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with: Avaya Communication Manager 4.0 with Voice Portal 4.0 and IR 3.0. [click heading for more]
